My meetings

This module allows you to find every meeting you have been invited to attend. Use the sections and filters to find specific meetings, check your attendance status, and access any shared files or links.

Your meetings are categorised into three main views to help you find what you need:

• All: Displays every meeting you have been invited to. By default only meetings in the future form today are shown.

• Missed: Shows only the meetings you did not attend.

• Mandatory: Lists meetings where your attendance is required.

You start in the All view. The filtering, searching, and grid functions work similarly in all three views.

Filter and search using the toolbar

1. Use the filter options in the top toolbar to set your desired criteria.

   • Category: Select a meeting category. Use the X to clear the selection

   • Date range: Specify a start and end date to filter results within a specific time period.

2. Click Search to apply the filters and display the results.

Export a spreadsheet of meetings

1. Click the Export button.

2. Locate the downloaded file (usually in your "Downloads" folder).

3. Open the file using a spreadsheet application (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).

4. Print if needed.

Manage grid results

The grid displays your filtered results. Use the plus/minus icon to expand and collapse the meeting details panel to discover if there are any additional details or files/links for the meeting.

Status indicators for meeting attendance

• Attended: You attended this meeting.

• Missed: You missed this meeting.

Status indicators for mandatory meetings

• Exclamation icon indicates meetings that you have been marked as required to attend.

Files and links

Download a file for a meeting

1. Click File name button.

2. Locate the downloaded file (usually in your "Downloads" folder).

Open a link for a meeting

1. Click Link name button.

2. The linked URL will open in a new tab.

Attendance

How Attendance is Recorded
Your meeting manager can mark your attendance in one of three ways:

1. Manually, on your behalf.

2. Via a QR code that you scan with your mobile device.

3. By providing a link that you click to confirm your attendance.
