Staff roles in EMS360
Staff members in EMS360 are assigned specific roles that determine their system access and capabilities. All users automatically receive the staff member role, with additional roles assigned based on responsibilities.

TILO manager | Processes all time in lieu and overtime applications |
TILO approver | Authorises time off requests (time-in-lieu/overtime) |
Student events (ACE) | |
ACE manager | Controls entire event setup and process |
ACE approver | Reviews/approves events |
ACE staff | Creates new events |
Health and safety incidents | |
Health and safety manager | Manages all incidents (staff/students) |
Health and safety student manager | Handles student-related incidents only |
Professional development | |
Accreditation manager | Manages staff accreditations and school based training credentials |
Professional learning approver | Approves/rejects professional learning event requests |
Professional learning manager | Oversees professional learning process and final approvals |
Leadership and oversight | |
Finance manager | Oversees costs for professional learning and student events |
Organiser | Plans events and checks staff availability |
Principal (not able to be set as a staff role) | Unique access to all staff reviews and attendance reports |
