Calendar categories

Create and manage the different categories used for calendars within your school.

Status indicators of categories for calendars:

Use the Show active only checkbox to filter calendar categories.

Create a category for calendars
  1. Click Add new calendar.

  2. Enter details:

    • Title: (required)

    • Use the Active checkbox to activate/deactivate the calendar.

    • Description

    • Select a color from the available palette to represent this calendar.

  3. Click Save.

Modify details of a calendar category

You can search for a category title using the tilde (~)

  1. Select the category title from the list.

  2. Make changes.

  3. Click Save.

Delete a calendar category
  1. Select the category title from the list.

  2. Click Delete.

  3. Confirm the deletion.

Change status of a calendar category
  1. Select the category title from the list.

  2. Use the Active checkbox to show or hide this calendar from the main view.

  3. Click Save.
